Title: Sensor i konferensrum: Kontorsklimat med Smart Citizen Kit
Authors: Ekstrand, Alexander
Åsberg, Vidar
Abstract: The aim of this project was to monitor air quality and the indoor climate in Sigma IT & Managements meeting rooms. The sensor used is developed by the Kickstarter project Smart Citizen. It continuously reads data such as temperature, light, noise, and carbon monoxide. The project was conducted with the working method Scrum. The project resulted in an entire system containing a sensor, database, website and web server with support for the installation of more sensors. The system stores sensor data collected from the rooms in the database. This information is then visualized on a website for employees at Sigma to consult before they book a meeting room. This provides the employees with the ability to easily decide which room has the best conditions for a meeting. The employees at Sigma also answered a survey, it served as a basis for what information about a room is interesting. The survey also answers if and how the data can be effectively displayed.
