Sammanfattning
This work has been carried out at Virtual Manufacturing and is destined to narrate how an communication between a position determining infrared camera and augmented reality glasses can be done and used. To investigate this, an application has been built to help a person with assembly work without any further knowledge in beforehand. This is made possible with the help of instructions and holograms from the AR glasses and with the surveillance of the IR camera confirming that the work is done properly. The application is built for the Microsoft HoloLens[1] and an IR camera from Nexonar[3] that can, with the help of IR-trackers, keep track of the users hands or tools. The communication between these two are carried out with the MQTT protocol[4] and together they make a well functioning application which helps in the process of teaching and raises quality assurance.
