dc.description.abstract | Data sets used in analysis is rapidly outgrowing the size of memory used in the typical visualization tool. In order to circumvent this, a distributed system approach for the data processing part of the visualization tool is investigated. Response time is consider the most important performance metric. A distributed system approach is shown to be able to give reasonable response times and scales well with input data size. | |
