This thesis takes on the challenge of mobile user interface design with its small screen, limited information visualization and inexible structure. The aim is to redesign the user interface of Amadeus Mobile Partner, a mobile traveling assistant for the business world. The design focuses on clearness, ease to use and simplicity. Usability principles are applied for a better user-experience. Different interaction design methods, such as secondary research and heuristic evaluation, are used to get an understanding of the field and its users. There is a frequent interaction with management and development to understand limitations and set up requirements. A user-centered approach is applied. Interviews and prototype testing are conducted to understand the needs of frequent travelers. As a result, a mockup as well as a Statement of Requirement is produced for management and development. This thesis also raises the challenge of an interaction designer in a corporate world, and how it affects the level of usability of a product.
