Abstract
Carlo Scarpa is the architect behind the modern renovation of the garden and part of the ground floor for the Venetian institution Querini Stampalia. Scarpa is admired for his balanced combination of old and new elements, as well as on a great workmanship of the materials. This model represents the facade and the correlation between the different spatial volumes. The model fails to represent the height differences through the building. However, some of the most prominent height differences are exaggerated in this model. The focus of the model is therefore on showing the features of the facade and how the building is organized.
