dc.description.abstract | This study is conducted at Chalmers University of Technology and aims at exploring the possibilities for using augmented reality for an educational purpose. At the moment, it is not always easy to understand what the lecturer draws on the board. With the help of augmented reality, visualization of different ideas can facilitate understanding. The created demo application allows users to see and integrate with the same 3D object in real time. Thus, it can contribute to a better understanding of the students. The application is developed for Microsoft Hololens. Due to the extent of the study, delimitations have been made regarding the creation of a hologram, which must be loaded from a server. The security issue has not been prioritized in this work, which is therefore of interest in further development and improvement of the application. | |
