Bättre och effektivare INS system med avseende på återkoppling mellan användare och konstruktör - Kan systematisk återkoppling från användarna vara användbar i utvecklingen av effektivare och mer användbara INS system?

Abstract

The aim of this work was to investigate whether increased and systematized user participation can help to develop better, more efficient and more useful INS system. User participation in the sense that the users' experiences and preferences are utilized and used in a systematic and constructive way by the designer. To answer the question, a literature study, depth interview and a questionnaire survey was performed. The results indicate there are certain things that there's room to improve with INS systems, and that a majority of respondents believe that systematic user involvement can help to create better and more useful INS systems.
