dc.description.abstractI Lysekil har kommunen planer på att i framtiden bygga ett nytt bostadsområde i en del av Långevik. Den tänkta platsen är belägen på ett berg i anslutning till ett redan befintligt bostadsområde. Det har fina kvaliteter i form av havsutsikt och bergshällar, men är bitvis mycket kuperat. Det här projektet har gått ut på att ge förslag på utformningar av området, som är anpassade till de specifika kvaliteter som området hyser. Önskemål från kommunen är villor som boendeform samt att bevara terrängen i största möjliga utsträckning. Resultaten visas sedan i olika översiktsplaner framtagna i AutoCAD. Initialt gjordes en platsstudie samt ett studiebesök för att finna inspiration till projekteringen. Vidare har en rad olika stadsplaneringsaspekter studerats för att ge ytterligare kunskap om ämnet. Hållbar utveckling löper som en röd tråd genom projektet och olika stadsbyggnadsprinciper har studerats och legat till grund för projekteringen. Projekteringen bestod i att ta fram detaljplaner, vilka först gjordes för hand, för att sedan överföras i AutoCAD. Projektet har resulterat i två olika förslag, inspirerade av studiebesöket på olika sätt. Det ena är bilfritt medan det andra har genomfartsmöjligheter. En grundtanke genom projektet har varit att terränganpassa i största möjliga mån, samt att bevara de delar av berget som är obrutna, vilket avspeglas i de båda förslagen. Slutsatsen är att Långevik har goda förutsättningar att bli ett attraktivt bostadsområde. Jag anser att båda förslagen uppfyller kommunens önskemål i fråga om utformning, såsom terränganpassning och bostadstyper. ABSTRACT In the future, the municipality in Lysekil has plans to build a new residential area in a place called Långevik. The proposed site is located on a hill adjacent to an existing residential area. It has fine qualities in the form of sea view and rocks, but is in some places very hilly. This project has been to provide suggestions for designs of the area, which is tailored to the specific qualities of the area harbors. Requests from the municipality 's villas housing and to preserve the terrain as much as possible. The results are displayed in various master plans developed in AutoCAD. Initially, a place inventory and a study were made to find inspiration for the design. Furthermore, a variety of urban aspects were studied, to give additional knowledge of the subject. Sustainability runs like a thread through the project and various urban building principles have been studied and formed the basis for the design. The project was to develop site plans, which were first done by hand, and then transferred in AutoCAD. The project has resulted in two different proposals, inspired by the visit in different ways. One is pedestrian, while the other has passage facilities. A basic idea of the project was to adapt the terrain as much as possible, and to preserve those parts of the mountain that is unbroken, as reflected in the two proposals. The conclusion is that Långevik has good potential to become an attractive residential area. I think both proposals meet the municipality's requirements in terms of design, such as terrain features and housing types.
