Konceptframtagning av tryckgivare för visuell bedömning av industrifläktars drifttillstånd

Abstract

The thesis work was carried out by request of Ventur tekniska AB, who designs, manufactures, and sells industrial fans and other products within ventilation. The purpose was to design a product that allows to visually tell whether the filter for Ventures side-channel fans is in need of changing. Using methods for product development the resulting solution was a mechanical pressure device that visually signals if the airflow through the filter is low. The result is presented in the form of a CAD-model with simple instructions for assembly
