dc.description.abstract	The workers' hall in Jyväskylä, Finland, was designed by Alvar Aalto and built in 1925. It featured a restaurant in the ground floor and a large theatre/gathering hall in the upper floor. The design was inspired by renaissance Italy, combined with nordic classicism.
