dc.description.abstract | The project was focused on designing a system that can build protein-like decoy structures using a dynamic programming algorithm. The system first builds three-residue-long polymer fragments, which are then used to build longer fragments, finally leading to large polymer chains of the same length as a given sequence. The decoys formed by the systems are free of any steric clashes. | |
