| dc.description.abstract | To understand communication problems that can occur internally at manufacturing companies, a single case was studied. In this case study a manufacturing company which has internal communication problems was investigated. Therefore, in this case study is carried out to find the causes for this internal communication problem. A closer investigation to find out what the underlying factors causing communication problems between departments was conducted. For triangulation of the data gathered, three data collection methods were used; questionnaire, interviews and workshops. Furthermore, in the case study suggestions for improvements are brought forth that could be implemented to enhance the intra-organisational communication in manufacturing companies. The suggested improvements concern subjects such as meetings, email communication and cooperation. | sv |
