dc.description.abstract | This report presents the development of a cloud-based solution for providing digi-tal access cards via mobile phones, aimed at extending the lifespan of existing ac-cess systems and reducing electronic waste. The solution leverages various AWS services, including IoT Greengrass, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and Lambda, to ena-ble seamless communication between the access system and the mobile applica-tion. The implementation resulted in a fully automated and transparent service that requires minimal manual intervention from administrators. The project achieved its goal of developing a cost-effective solution that supports the compa-ny's business model and is expected to meet the needs of its customers. The solu-tion represents a successful technical project that addresses the challenges of transitioning to a wallet-less society. The report is written in Swedish. | |
