dc.description.abstractThis report covers the manufacturing process for an electric mini-motorcycle, from initial idea to finished product. The purpose is to, in a fun and interesting way, link the development of a mini motorcycle to Chalmers University of Technology’s activites. The methods follow a structured and organized product development process with matrices and tree structures. The majority of the report is divided into electrical and mechanical system as this is the basis of how the motorcycle works. The result is a functioning mini-motorcycle consisting of a self-made frame of aluminum and an electrical system consisting of, among other things, a BLDC motor for a skateboard and a battery for a lawnmower.sv
